Brian S. Thomas, LLC Attorney at Law – Attorney Biography
Brian S. Thomas graduated from LeMoyne College in 1977 with a BA in economics. He graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1980. He clerked for the Honorable Richard Hill, United States Bankruptcy Judge from 1980 through 1981. He was an associate and later a partner with the law firm of Youngblood, Corcoran et al. He has been a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee since 1981. He was an instructor of law at Glassboro State College (Rowan University) 1979 to 1980. He was also recently an instructor for Stockton State College.
From a personal standpoint, Mr. Thomas is married with two children. He has also served as a member of the Atlantic City Board of Education and has been president of the Chelsea Neighborhood Association since 1994. CNA is the largest civic organization in the City of Atlantic City.
Mr. Thomas has over 40 years of experience representing debtors and as a Chapter 7 Trustee. He keeps personal contact with his clients and has a very friendly staff. His office locations include Linwood, Manahawkin, and Cape May Courthouse.
